Dear valued patients,

All New Patients with a valid Medicare card will be charged a once-off private consultation fee of $100.00. This consultation fee can be claimed through Medicare.  Subsequent consults thereafter will be Bulk Billed.

Patients who have been inactive in our system for more than 24 months will also be charged the $100.00 consultation fee. Subsequent consults thereafter will be Bulk Billed

New patients with a valid Medicare card under 5 years old will only be charged $75.00

All Non-Medicare Card Holders will be charged the private standard consult fee as per the fee billing structure below which can be claimed through your private health insurer.

** PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE NEW FEE INCREASE AS AT 1st JULY 2022**

Medical Consultations at this practice are Bulk Billed if a valid Medicare Card is presented at the time of consultation.

If you are not registered with Medicare a private consultation fee is charged and is payable on the day of service.

Always bring your current Medicare, Pension, Health Care, Seniors and Veteran Affair Card to each consultation.

Medical Reports, Taxi Forms, VicRoads and Pre-Employment Medicals are not covered by Medicare. Patients will be charged for this service and this is payable on the day.

Without a valid Claim number and Insurance details WorkCover consultations will also incur a fee which is also payable on the day.

*** Please note that extra services such a Wound Repair, ECG’s and other Procedures will incur an extra charge payable on the day of service.
